Welcome to Blooming Den. A brand operated by KULP Technologies Private Limited registered under the Companies Act 2018. Following Terms & Conditions are applicable to all our users for a safe and productive use of the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or using Blooming Den Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Services Offered
Blooming Den connects you with verified gardeners and enables you to procure plants, fertilizers, medicines, and other relevant materials required to maintain your green space conveniently as per availability.
Use of Platform
Customers must not misuse the app/website, attempt fraud, or engage in unlawful activity.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any activity under your account.
Platform Responsibilities
- While Blooming Den endeavours to provide the best plant care services, we will not be held responsible for any plant perishes during your subscription period.
- Blooming Den is not liable to provide free replacements for plants that do not thrive or perish during the subscription period.
Communication
- Blooming Den is committed to maintaining regular communication with our clients regarding the services provided.
- Users will receive updates, recommendations, and any relevant information concerning their plants through the communication channels agreed upon during the service initiation.
Supplies and Equipment
- All Gardeners associated with Blooming Den carry a basic equipment kit necessary to maintain a home garden consisting of potted plants planted in sizes of 6”–16”.
- In the event of a gardener not carrying basic equipment, Blooming Den will take reasonable measures to ensure such an occurrence does not happen again.
- Heavy Equipment: Gardeners are unable to carry any heavy machinery that might be required at the site; in such cases, customers are expected to provide the necessary tools to carry out the required tasks.
Gardener Credentials
- All gardeners associated with Blooming Den undergo thorough background verification.
- Blooming Den is committed to providing skilled and trustworthy professionals to ensure a delightful and stress-free experience maintaining your home garden.
Payments & Charges
- All payments must be made through the platform’s approved methods. Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
- We recommend never making any payments directly to the gardener. Blooming Den will not be liable for any items procured directly from the gardener.
No Refund Policy
- All purchases and payments made through the Blooming Den app are non-refundable. Once a service is booked or an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- In case of failed transactions or duplicate payments, users may contact our support team at 7014380916 or email us at care@bloomingden.in for assistance.
Uses of Bloom Store
- If any plant procured from the Bloom Store does not survive the environment of your home and perishes within 7 days, you are eligible to get a one-time replacement.
- No refunds or replacements on any product other than plants will be applicable.
Customer Obligations
- Provide accurate address and contact details.
- Ensure safe access for service providers at scheduled times.
- Treat your gardener with respect and fairness.
Service Provider Relationship
- Gardeners and other workers are independent partners. Blooming Den facilitates connections but is not their direct employer.
Liability Disclaimer
- Blooming Den is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or disputes arising during service delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions beyond our control.

Privacy & Data Use
Customer data will be used only for providing services and improving experience, in line with the Privacy Policy.
Reviews & Feedback
- Customers may leave feedback for service providers but must not post abusive, defamatory, or false content.
Termination of Account
Blooming Den reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes to Terms
Blooming Den reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in advance. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
